Refund Policy
Last updated 5 October 2026
Sledge Distortion and other paid Monolit Beatz products are sold through Lemon Squeezy, who act as Merchant of Record — meaning Lemon Squeezy, not Monolit Beatz, is the seller on your receipt and the party who issues refunds.
To request a refund, reply to your Lemon Squeezy order receipt email, or contact Lemon Squeezy support directly. You can also email us at monolitbeatz@gmail.com and we'll help sort it out or point you the right way.
What happens when a refund is issued
Lemon Squeezy returns your payment and records the refund, and we mark the order as refunded in our records. Your download is delivered by Lemon Squeezy, so whether the download link in your order email keeps working after a refund is up to them. Either way, Sledge Distortion itself is free, open-source software under the GPL v3: you can still build it yourself or use the free binaries on GitHub, and a refund doesn't change your rights under that license.
Digital goods and your right to cancel
If you're a consumer in the UK or EU, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content like Sledge Distortion, that right ends once the download starts — but only if you expressly agreed at checkout to get it straight away and acknowledged that you'd lose the right to cancel. If you weren't asked for that, your 14 days still apply: contact Lemon Squeezy or us within 14 days of buying and you'll get a full refund.
Whatever the timing, if something's gone wrong with your purchase — wrong file, failed download, duplicate charge — contact us or Lemon Squeezy and we'll make it right. None of this affects your statutory rights, including your right to a repair, replacement, or refund if the download is faulty.
